Shrimp and Pineapple Salad
½ lb Shrimp, Peeled and Deveined
½ tsp Delcie Spices Pimento Combo
¼ tsp Delcie Spices Cinnamon Powder
¼ tsp Garlic Powder
2 cups Pineapple Chunks or freshly cored and cut pineapple
½ cup sweet pepper, diced
½ cup tomatoes, diced
1 tbsp oil
- Season shrimp with pimento combo, cinnamon powder, garlic powder and salt.
- In a heated pan, heat oil. Sauté shrimp until fully cooked.
- In a bowl, combine shrimp, veggies and pineapple.
- Mix everything well and serve.
