Pimento Seeds

 
Allspice comes from the unripe, dried berry of a small tree called Pimento Officinalis or Pimento diocia. It’s also known as pimento, Jamaica pepper, myrtle pepper, newspice.  Pimento is used in the food industry where it adds flavour to well known sauces and condiments.
