Carissa Davis is a 20-year-old Jamaican, who developed a passion for cooking at a tender age. She not only wanted to know how to cook but to understand and appreciate the art of food. In pursuit of her dreams to become an Executive chef, Carissa is now a final year student at Excelsior Community College, School of Tourism, Hospitality and Entertainment Management pursuing her Bachelor’s Degree with Hospitality being her major.
