1. In a large mixing bowl, combine Aunt Delcie Spices’ Breadfruit Flour,
oat, salt fish, escallion, garlic, Aunt Delcie Spices Cayenne Pepper and
Pimento Combo, mix well. Gradually add water to make a smooth
batter. Let batter rest for 10 minutes. Batter should be thick and of
dropping consistency.
2. Heat a large skillet on medium heat. Lightly grease skillet with butter
or margarine. Drop batter by tablespoon full onto hot skillet, cover and
cook/steam until golden brown on one side, turn and continue
steaming until done.
3. Serve hot.
